A collection of images from my recent visit to Bryce Canyon (July 2017). The hike we took started at 8000 feet and was an eight mile loop hiking down into the canyon and back up and was definitely not a cake walk. Add the the smoke from the “Brian Head” forest fire and the not so cool temperature day (even at 8000 feet) and one could get reasonably tired (and really thirsty – take lots of water). The landscape is a remarkable hoodoo world. The images below are a mix of cell phone images and digital camera images.
